Btw, my 'Rolly was totaled. I have $10-11k to work with...what do I get? I'm thinking a used Scion, maybe another Rolly, a Civic...ideas?

If you have a job or some state of steady income, I would try to aim for 13-14.5k "out the door" price for a car, that way you get the chance to finace a small amount over 36-48 months and build some "fixed-payment" credit ( ... )
