Dream [001] 5/6/09 Song
The constant pattering of rain fell down upon the two figures.
Kneeling down on the cold, wet concrete, Argilla bent over the prone woman lying under her. Jinana stirred slowly, her green eyes searching deeply into the pink-haired woman's.
"Argilla," she murmured, reaching out a hand to cup Argilla's pale cheek. "Do not be sad. Finally...I have become...your comrade."
Tears streaming from the sniper's face onto Jinana, the black mark upon her breast began to burn brightly, tendrils of magenta spreading throughout her body. Fingers clenching the other woman's clothes between her fingers, a low growl emitted from the back of her throat.
So hungry. An uncontrollable urge to devour.
Halfway between human and demon, Argilla let out an inhuman scream. This need to eat was a curse she did not want.
And then suddenly, a song.
The sweet melody carried through the air, reaching deeply inside of Argilla. The magenta streaks disappeared as she regained her senses, her grip on Jinana loosening instantly.
Her shoulders giving a violent shake, Argilla fell upon the other woman, sobbing.
