hello im going to update today. i have had a few good weeks and i am glad they have been intresting with playing music and chillin with many people. We have a show on the 28th at eko, I think one day remains might be playing so hopefully they do it. It would be sweet if they did. I want it to be summer right now so i didn't have to go to school

it depends if you want to upload from your computer or if you just want one from a site.

step 1) upload your picture from your computer to a server (photobucket.com or boomspeed.com etc.)
step 2) copy and paste the url of the picture into this code
<*img src="yourimageurlhere.gif"*> just make sure to take out the stars.

if you are taking one from a site then just do step 2.

my example:
This is my picture: http://www.ultimate-lyrics.de/texte/bandscomplete_5/images/astaticlullaby_anddontforgettobreathe(2003).jpg

I put it in here <*img src="http://www.ultimate-lyrics.de/texte/bandscomplete_5/images/astaticlullaby_anddontforgettobreathe(2003).jpg"*>

and if I take out the stars, then it should appear like this:
