Does anyone know why Yahoo! instant messenger would refuse to open? I keep getting incorrect I.D or password. I went in and changed my password, same issue. I even created a new user name and password and same issue. Help.

Pam mentioned hers was acting up as well and not opening. I think Yahoo's having some hub issues through Rogers Yahoo for some reason.

See if your Norton Firewall settings have blocked it.
