supplements are a good thing... they can make synthetic b12... and i have read things about there being b12 is rasberries.. i know that a lot of say and tofu stuff are fortified.. aswell as naked juices.. but i checked it out, only the ones with berries.
"Human faeces can contain significant B12. A study has shown that a group of Iranian vegans obtained adequate B12 from unwashed vegetables which had been fertilised with human manure. Faecal contamination of vegetables and other plant foods can make a significant contribution to dietary needs, particularly in areas where hygiene standards may be low. This may be responsible for the lack of aneamia due to B12 deficiency in vegan communities in developing countries."
i have heard it can come from different fruits and veggies... but i am going to look into that more.. maybe it has something to do with the type of fertalizer... that would make sense since, it comes from things that are in the animals liver.. and it is absorbed in the intestine... so im sure a lot of it is filtered out with the waste and could be in animal fertilizers..
