I find it helpful to give another go to the Five Thankful list when I'm not doing so well. So here we go:
1) Tea. When I'm sick (like now) it sustains me. I don't really need much food, but I can drink gallons of tea.
2) A quiet apartment. Unless you're my mom and/or awaiting to serve my every whim, I'd rather be alone when sick and miserable. This
