Wow. Asian studies? I wish you luck in your academic pursuit. :) Are you enrolled in a Japanese class now or are you learning it by yourself ( ... )

I love CSI too. Before it got rid of half the cast I like.

I was enrolled in Japanese classes 2 years ago and last Fall, but didn't take any this past Spring so I'm really rusty with it.

As for a book recommendation, I haven't read this one yet but all of my old co-worker loved it and tried to get everyone they could to read it. It's called Still Life With Crows and is written by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child. It's the first book of the Pendergast series. It's mystery novel so I think you might like it since you like Sheldon, Deveraux and Patterson.

I have the same sentiments regarding CSI.

I'm sure you can catch up with your Japanese classes. Ganbatte!

I'll try looking for that book. Thanks! :)

I didn't know you worked for Borders. :D What genres do you like to read?

Yep. I had just about quit Borders and start working for the calendar store when April introduced us. (^_^) Dang. That was almost 2 years ago.

I read just about anything as long as the story sounds interesting. I love fantasy and Sci-Fi. I also read contemporary fiction. My long work in progress for reading right now is The Chronicles of Amber and I'm also reading Game of Thrones. I really need to finish the Ender's Game series too.
