Emma had dressed herself in a very nice outfit; a quaint sundress and flats, her hair in curly tendrils that spilled around her face. Her makeup was light, too. First impressions and all.
She took Monty's arm and held her clutch in her other hand, walking to the front door with him. "I love you," Emma said for reassurance.
