I'm in New Orleans. Not at school yet, but rather hooked up to dsl through the spiffy hotel box thingum. Tomorrow I need to go out and find an ethernet cable for my room because this shit is sweeeeet

she's been crying at everything, not wanting me to leave, but at the same time proud that i'm doing it. she said she cried because now my watches/clocks will be at a different time. I don't know, it's completely insane, but so it goes.

new orleans is an awesome city, it is far, so hopefully i won't freak out too much!
