But...but....how did you make cupcake for one??? A recipe? Did you just use regular cake mix, and the no-pudge recipe? How long did you cook it for--microwave, or oven?

Just regular cake mix with vanilla yogurt, in the proportions from the no-pudge box. (Roughly - I don't measure.) Mix it up in a small dish or ramekin that can go in the microwave. One minute and you're good to go.

What a wonderful idea! I've never seen No Pudge Fudge, but the cupcake thing is pure genius.

This is the mix I got the cupcake inspiration from: http://www.nopudge.com/

It's formulated to be made with the yogurt instead of oil and eggs, so I wasn't sure if just regular cake mix would work that way too. But it did! I may play around with the proportions a little and with adding some flavorings and stuff - with the amount you use and the cooking time, you can experiment a lot off of one 99 cent cake mix and a few cartons of yogurt.
