Hee! My dad, like one minute ago, sent me an email asking the same thing. My answer is, between the balcony and the park, I think she'll be all good.

Ooh, plus. And Italian place, with the window for Italian ices, a couple of blocks away. Like being back in NYC.

Again - please to note the extra bedroom. Which in practice will be filled with all the books and dvds and comfy seating a visiting buffista could ask. IJS.

How did I miss this post earlier?? YAY YOU!! Congrats! Your and Lucy's new home is absolutely beautiful. I love the brightness inside and the balcony looks like quite a bit of fun could be had there. Can't wait to see what you do to the place.
