Heh. I've been nose-down working (the YA novel, Dark in the Park, is now 60% done and I want another four thousand words before I leave for Boston and NY next week), and only thought to check LJ just now.

Glad you found it. It is, seriously, of the yum. And dead easy to make.

Okay- I'm totally not good in the kitchen- can you, when you have a cheance, post some general instructions? sounds yummy so thanks for the post!

That's the best part. Rinse the beans, tear the basil, throw the whole mess in a bowl and give it a stir. I've had it before made on the spot and now made the night before and it was equally good. It's really fresh tasting and filling without being heavy.

I'm going to have to get this into my regular rotation, I think.
