...Was a hit.

I ordered a dozen roses and had them delivered to her work this morning. She was very, very happy to get them and was "on cloud nine" all day.

Apparently, nobody has every sent her flowers before. [raises eyebrow]

I'm not actually sure that I officially announced it, now that I'm thinking on it... There was one in early August that I had a chunk that I mentioned thinking that I had one, and the date we went on... So I'm not sure you have much to be embarrassed about.

I did! My parents, my sister, and my brother-in-law came down and we had dinner here at my house. I still have some food left, and about five pieces of pie, but I don't think it'll last very long. :-)
