Making mozzarella

I googled because I had a hunch that someone might have done this before. And I was right!

Was it a Success? I never conceptualized making my own cheese(only soap) until I read your post.

Oh, I haven't made it... Yet! But I hope to soon. It seems easy enough, no?

yes I was surprised at how quickly it can be made. I thought maybe it needed to ferment for a few days or something... I think I'll try it in the next week and put it on pizza.
