sadly, most vegan cheese aren't all that :( it's a real pisser aboutt he casein, too. provides a "tastiness" and so is often used, while things are labled lactose-free.

The thing is, casein (and gluten!) have morphine analogs, so people who are jonesing for cheese really are jonesing.
