That was extremely inventive!! Maybe you'll get the hang of baking yet! You might have been able to make french toast out of it, too. Or you could have toasted it and spread it with Nutella... All kinds of possibilities!
Good call! I make bread pudding out of ANYTHING. No matter how dry and tasteless the original was, it can be turned into a win. We sometimes put dried cherry and chopped dark chocolate in ours. We also make savory bread putting sometimes - like with veggies and sausage. Yay bread pudding!
