Sausagemaking 101

Step 1, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND RECIPE

I missed 1 ingredient, the one that keeps the fat from melting, and holds the moisture in while smoking.  Therefore the sausages look a bit wrinkled.  Still haven't taste tested.
