We talked about this before, and I think you're right; we have to make as good decisions as we are able, and no one can be perfect. It's absolutely impossible. So, you have to draw the (ethical) line where it best fits.
It's pretty good. This video actually speaks to your concerns. He also talks about how if everyone removed one serving of meat per week from their diets, it would have the equivalent effect of taking 5 million cars off the road.
You don't have to be 100% vegan (or anything for that matter) to begin accomplishing positive changes in our world.
