This is why I'm glad to be an American trucker: we have it much safer here!

I didn't even know you were a trucker until some of your recent posts. If you get back into it steady again maybe you can post some pics of the rigs you drive eh?

it's a 6x6 offroader, Ural-4320 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ural-4320 crawling across the river somewhere in Siberia
but I'm not sure that is was a river - the quality of roads in our country is so crappy that here in Russia we have some kind of a joke "in Russia a road merely means a place where you're going to drive through" :o)

I really love how they're still in production, what AWESOME trucks! I've been dreaming of someday getting an off roader shipped over from Europe and this is now at the top of my list. (not any time in the foreseeable future, it's just a dream)
And holy crap! It's the BM-21!!!! When I was in the military they used to show us pictures of the Soviet machines and in those old black and white pictures which they somehow got out of Russia the BM-21 always stood out in my mind. (it was my favourite but also freaked the shit out of me) Back then I never imagined that I would someday know someone in Russia or have it possible to buy stuff from there. I mean if I was rich I bet I could go over and buy a T-72 or something. It blows my mind!
