There are 168 movies on this list. Check off the ones you've seen. Cross out ones you didn't like. Bold ones you'd watch again.

Sara and I just watched Boondock Saints last weekend and you have to see it. It was very good. The swearing was sort of excessive . . . but, hey, they're Irish. And now I know how to write Nick absolutely perfect in my story ;) Anyway, it's a really good premise and certainly something to think about. Watch the end credits. I thought that was the coolest part.

The fact that you never saw Grease . . . seriously blowing my mind . . . I think you would like it, though I'm sick to death of it after growing up watching it basically every weekend.

White Oleander. Also a good movie, but the book is much better.

Stealing!

I'll have to keep an eye out for it the next time we go to Family Video - maybe they've got it.

Grease was something that never caught my eye, really. I don't think I'd have much interest in a fifties-style musical.

Haven't touched either, although isn't it about a mother/daughter relationship or am I getting my wires crossed?

Feel free. :)

Grease was a staple in American culture, though. It's one of those things that you have to watch even if you have no interest in it. And you know it can't be too terrible if I'm actually standing up for something romantic.

Yeah, it is about mother/daughter relationships. It's an interesting take on the bond . . . but I don't know -- maybe it was closer to me than it would be to you. We have different takes on that.

Oh! By the way . . . I've caught two errors on professional advertising in the past two days. One was on the Coast Guard website and was a blatant spelling error that should have been caught by spell check. The other was on the TV and the incorrect use of 'its/it's.' It's an epidemic :\
