Today I applied for my first real live grown up job! Actually I just faxed my resume to a chiropractic center, but still even that sounds grown up! Faxing a resume! I even included a cover page AND cover letter!

Paul and I don't have gas heat, so we use space heaters. We have a safe one that alarms you if it gets to hot or if a pillow is dropped up against it in the middle of the night. I usually leave it on in the morning when I take a shower so it will be toasty when I get dressed ( Read more... )

I think I have an extraordinary amount of car trouble. My car died last night on 9th street. Paul thinks it will cost more to fix it than the car is worth. So Sunday we are going to a car auction to try to get me a mini van. Wish me luck ( Read more... )
