Took about three times the required dosage of anti-histamines to avoid dying. CLEANED SOME MORE ( Read more... )

It probably took forever to flake off, too- and noone had any polish remover [1], so he was "Lt. Col. Sparkly-Toes" for WEEKS. [2]

([1]except the Wraith, and they never share)
([2] but not to his face, damnit. at least not much)

There can never be enough harem pants in this fandom...

John looks gorgeous! And his resigned face!

Did Rodney paint his toenails for him? Coz he would, you know. Bitching and moaning, but he'd do it.

Yeah, and he probably helped John with his eye makeup, too.... And John would be very suspicious of how Rodney is so, so good at applying it- but every he asks about it, Rodney accidentally pokes him in the eye with the mascara wand.

(because no one likes to be reminded of that goth phase they went through in High School, when they wore eye makeup and wrote poetry in a black leather bound notebook and ponced about in a ruffly shirt, cravat, and a cape. especially not if they called themselves "Jean-Rodnee", with an accent mark over the "e").

Oh, but John'd have been a jock, very preppy- a way of ridding himself of his GREET BIG GEEK-hood from when he was a child; when he was a kid, he dressed in high-water cords and plaid short-sleved shirts, maybe a bow-tie on special occasions (like test days! or spelling bees!), but in high school, he was all popped collars and chinos and a sweater tied around his shoulders.

....but still pretty.
