Why is it that batteries in stuff we need to last a long time dont. Yet the batteries in this demon walking cabbage patch doll will not die!?

We are right there with everyone else on the gas prices. Its only 22 miles round trip for Craig to get to work but still with Nate's dr visits and all its killing us.

For 2 months now he has been eating rocks and woods chips off the school playground. At home he is screaming in pain, his throat is raw and weve had to make a few er trips .  Ive written my letters, Ive gone the nice route, Ive raised hell.  I cannot continue to let his health be put at risk.
