Really NCFR? Really? We're going to keep building submarines in CT that no one can use, keep building airplanes that are *rusting* on airstrips... but we're going to cut TRICARE, housing, and pay for soldiers? This isn't fiscal responsibility, and it's not why the defense budget is so big.
