I love the idea to complete the "branding" experience toward your own company you've painstakingly started and nurtured. Yes, material selection will make all the difference on comfort :-)

I've noticed people immediately liken his grin and mine, and then ask if he's supposed to be me. So why not play on it, right?

Y'know, I didn't plan that, but I think I do it subconsciously. This isn't the first time people have likened one of my drawings to the person who commissioned and/or inspired it.
