Working at a tech support helpdesk is a little bit like being a firefighter who puts out a burning house only to receive a complaint from the homeowner later about the water damage. I'll be so glad when I finally get out of this business.

Last week Marji and I flew down to Houston for our annual visit with her folks. Her folks wanted to purchase a vehicle for her and we ended up getting a very nice 2001 Honda CRV.
