Do not, under any circumstances, ever forward a LiveJournal comment notification.

If you DO forward a LiveJournal comment notification, any recipient of that forwarded notification can POST A COMMENT AS YOU. This has just happened to my flistie rm, and that's precisely what she doesn't need ( Read more... )

Has anybody reported this to LJ as a bug? Obviously it's a pretty serious one! (Though I just tried a Reply link in a browser where I wasn't logged in and it shut me out, so I do have to wonder a bit...)

Looks like it's only applicable to the HTML email notifications that include the text-box in them. I've heard it alleged that this is a "known issue" but this is the first I've heard of it.
