I want to play with scents and tastes instead of colors and textures

Lately I've been interested in using different senses in my art.  I've done lots of spinning, knitting, and weaving and that's all color and texture.  I need to make art that I can taste and smell

dark chocolate + cherry or chili are insanely good. And I love a red wine with a good dark chocolate.

I'd be willing to help with the chocolate. The chocolate with chili pepper sounds really good, which I suppose just shows that my indoctrination is complete.
