Hell Fortnight
By the end of the day I will have worked 108 hours. Last week was over 100 hours too. I need the dough, but this is sucking big time. After this, back to 70 hour weeks.
I need a vacation. But I need to pay off past vacations more. -
I got a raise!
1.12%, I'm gonna be rich! A whole 32 cents! The Board of Directors has smiled on us! -

I got a new drama box. Now I can log in at work again. I can even get YouTube. Our IT department can now officially kiss my wazoo. It will be nice to see you guys again! -
The last few months
I know I haven't been too talkative. Most of my waking hours have been working. I do try to have a life nevertheless, which reduces non-waking hours. So, I've been working 70-80 hours per week, and otherwise in a haze. I'm making some decent dough (the government thinks I'm rich, at least to some degree). It has been my opinion that the Chinese economy is operating in a bubble. They've been in a growth phase that I don't believe is unsustainable, and I would be quite suprised if there were a soft landing. And as it happens, the cracks are starting to show.
