my new life in 455

As I have ranted before and am about to rant again, I am not happy with Dr P. or 455!! It is taking up so much time, much more than I had anticipated. I spent 2 hrs in the lab this morning, 2 more this afternoon, and chances are good that there will be more lab time during fitness lab testing for the practicum students. I've heard that the hyrostat tank thing is pretty unpleasant! Which I can kind of understand since at my allergist they make me blow into a tube for as long as I can to get all my air out and it's hard! Then you're adding the water in to all that! Wow! How was it? Was it a pain?

Did you have to blow into a spirometer? Those can be fun until you get light headed. It's not bad with water. I've been doing it at least 5 times a year since freshman year so it wasn't anything new. I tend to enjoy it for some reason...nice warm water!!

Well if that's the thing I blow into at my allergist then yeah. I think I do it at least once a year. They use it to see how my lungs are doing each year. Though they used to have it set up so it looked like you were blowing out birthday candles which was pretty cool! The ends hard though! No matter how many times you do it! dang! You just keep havting to blow!
