Apparently, according to the little girl of other-than-caucasian ethnicity, white people want to take her stuff! And they say there's no such thing as reverse racism! I know that technically there isn't...racism is racism (and I hate it), but I'm referring to a specific "they" that I work with, not the general black public!

The Merriam-Webster's Dictionary defines racism as a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular racial group, and that it is also the prejudice based on such a belief
