Thinking is really good man, just take time for youself get in your car and drive to the most beautful spot you can find like a spot with a good view and all that, make sure it's a nice night and just get out and sit on your hood and think for like an hour, you don't even gotta think just relax and when you leave you'll be 10x better, maybe not fullying but you will be better...relaxing helps me a lot get through shit.
