i've been decent. life could always be better, i'm sure. it sounds like you haven't been so good though. would it make you feel better if i said something cheesey like, "keep your chin up kid" or "every cloud has a silver lining" or ... "um, it's bad to be sad." (that last one i totally made up. i should probably copyright it, yeah?)
