On my way to bed myself, making one last round on the old LJ. Try not to worry about Linds, there's nothing more to do than wait for the test results. Just be there for her as always. Trust me when I say that means more a lot when you are sick. (which she is not).
As for Gus. Talking in your sleep is perfectly normal. In fact, my doc says it's a sign of an active imagination, so it sounds like Gus is just being a busy little boy.
Of course I'm not worried. About Linds, or about Gus either. Worry is pointless, so I never do it.
And Gus DOES have an active imagination (a sign of great intelligence, which of course is no surprise, considering his paternity) so probably he is slaying dragons or something in his sleep.
No wonder you can't sleep, having the hangover of Lindsay's worry. It's not easy being the voice of calm. I'm sure you are concerned. Let us know soon?
As for Gus, I talked in my sleep as a child. I don't think it means anything. Have he and Peter been busy? It's quite touching the way Peter cares for him.
In one way it's surprising that Peter not only enjoys acting like an older brother, in another way, maybe it's not so surprising. Considering that HIS older brother treated him like shit, maybe he's coming at it from a different angle.
Besides, who COULDN'T like Gus? He's just about the perfect child.
this is a rare thing for me to say but your latest post moved me. Truly. Your obvious care for Lindsay warmed my heart. Not all your "bitches" do, but I love the girls, and seeing you worried about Lindsay, as much as you deny it...well, I'd better stop here because I'd end up annoying you with my sentimentality.
I've been through what Lindz is going through (in fact, you have been through it) and she needs all the support she can get, whatever the results of her mammogram. I'm sure she'll be fine, but I'm also sure that you (and Justin and the rest of your crazy, wonderful family) will be there for her if she needs you some more.
Lindsay has been in my life longer than anybody but Michael and Deb. So while I am NOT worried about her, I'm keeping close tabs. Of course I will always be there for her; that goes without saying.
And of course Lindsay will be fine. There is not any reason whatsoever to worry. So, don't.
I'm not-worried about Lindsay too. As others have said, all you can do is support her and be there for her while she waits for the test results, and of course take good care of Gus -- both of which you're doing. I'm sure she'll be okay. *hugs*
