Tonight I finally went to see Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within in an IMAX theater. While the it wasn't quite as impressive as I had hoped, it was still really cool. I wish they had used the entire IMAX screen, but that might be a limitation due to the equipment they had available, and the fact that it wasn't meant to be an IMAX film. But one ( Read more... )

This was quite an exciting weekend. This Saturday was the annual meeting of my high school's alumni association, and my 5th year high school reunion. The festivities started Friday night at an Irish pub called Fado in downtown Chicago.
