We just had it inspected today & there were a few minor issues, but it was otherwise good :)

Now, we're in a holding pattern until our closing date.

PS Yesterday when I heard S&S had a huge round of layouts my stomach just dropped. I was so scared for you guys and so relieved when I read it was a distribution center! I kept thinking, "That's not right, they just bought a house!!"

Thanks for your concern. It's awful for the 850 who lost their jobs, but mine is perfectly safe.

It was a business decision. The new warehouse in Freetown MA is servicing only 200 stores, but has the capacity to do 500. The North Haven facility was 40+ years old, too small, and technologically retarded.

We wish the workers the best of luck getting back on ther feet.
