Randall, oh Randall. Your description of the heart of Louisiana could be what someone writes as the pictures scroll across the screen. Your way with words leaves me in awe. One can see it all-the devastation, the politics, the people both good and not. Then we have the devastation that is Teri. The resignation of this once vibrant person that I at first thought was someone I didn't like (I think because he was so far removed from me)but now I ache with his loss. He has lost his one true love; not to death but to something much worse. Kim is alive but not really.
How will it end?? Will they save Raine? Will they save Kim?
So very powerful Ran; so very good

Love your description of NOLA. I know they are trying to convince people that things are on the upswing in order to attract tourist for Mardi Gras, but what a reminder of the ugliness that occured not even a year ago.

As for Teri/Bob/Dom/Kim, what can I say? I felt the pain Robert feels as he realized he was not the love of Teri's life.

Something sad about Teri being so willing to give up on himself, but kicked into action when he remembered Raine would be in danger. It seems Teri has spent his entire life covering and protecting Raine.

Thank You from the bottom of my heart for prefacing this long anticipated return of Terri with scenes of New Orleans. This is my Hometown and I am still waiting on my insurance so I can rebuild...6 months later. Thank You for reminding people that the place is still a scene of devastation. Thank You for reminding people that it is like living in a 3rd World Country. And Thank You for being such a wonderful author.
