Great start! I liked Brian's snark and especially his comeback to Ryder regarding the AIDS crisis - Ryder was pretty nasty on that one.

I'm not usually a fan of vampires (though I did like one crossover series I read years ago 'Kindred'). Nor have I seen True Blood, so I will be coming into this without any preconceived notions. Isn't that the best way, anyway?!

I like the concept of this story already...I love the combination of QAF and True Blood (which I'm a huge fan of), only you would think of putting these two together! I'm definitely looking forward to the next chapter...:-)
