This was a homo cruise... Atlantis. And from what I experienced, all of my stereotypes as to what a gay cruise would be have been shattered.

Ok, so not all of my stereotypes. But a lot of them.

Just that I expected the emphasis to be about how many guys can you hook up with. I thought there was a chance I'd be surrounded by one body type, one race, one mentality...zero body fat, white or light-skinned, and shallow or sex crazed to the nth degree. But (and this is outside of the friends I went with because I knew they would be awesome) I was moved by some people, enlightened by some people, and felt more community spirit than I anticipated on the trip.
