Yes, I am sure I can speak for more than just myself and say, that YES, we are glad you stopped by.

I so understand this entry. For years I thought the only people in the world were like those that surrounded me. Then the internets came along and I met WONDERFUL advanced thinking, NICE people. It took many years, but I did manage to free myself from my prison, but that was right for me. I know of those that manage to accept their prison as long as they have the windows of wonderful of outside through the lovely screen of the computer.

Yes, as a matter of fact, I AM glad you stopped by. I feel the same way. I think a lot has to do with marrying the right person. In most respects, I have been lucky, however, M'Luv is very German in heritage (not the fun Bavarian kind) and values work over socializing. The day to day demands of work and home chores really leave no time. An then when there is a possibility of going to a film festival, she declines due to fear of hitting a deer, fear of being judged, fear of missing something good on TV. I know that sounds harsh, but there have been many times when I had a social event or a visit with family set up and then she just reduces the whole thing to me trying to get out of the work that needs to get done. I'm pretty much resigned to this state of affairs until I retire. I love her and I cannot imagine a different life partner.

Anyway, I value our friendship, BL, as long as you are the table and I'm the monkey!

I like to leave my window on life open to all whom pass by.. and from time to time open my door to the likes of you and others from around the world to come into my world, such as it is, and guess what some of you do and I'm very thankful for that.
