I was sitting on the couch earlier and got this weird feeling.... It was Deja vu or something.... Just a fear of impending doom. I grabbed my cap and keys and drove for an hour and all seems well again.

I hate it when that shit happens.

Nah, don't fret.

The Kreeps is kind of like a way for the Universe to get us to not do something/be somewhere by creating a cosmic short circuit.

See, you felt so strange that you had to get out of the house to feel better. Had you stayed home, something Really Bad would have happened to you there during the time you would have been there.

But, but going and doing something else, you changed all the variables of the universe that would have led up to aforementioned Bad Thing, preventing it from happening. Thus, the short circuit in the Universe.

So, the Kreeps is kindasorta like a warning alarm or somethin'. Like when you're running late for work for no explicable reason, but if you were on time you'd have been in the intersection two minutes earlier at the time the big truck ran the red light. That sort of thing.
