It was pointed out to me that Chapter 30 of BMOC was never posted correctly.  So I am posting it again.  Sorry for any confusion.

Justin hadn’t planned on taking anyone to the back room.  After Brian had slipped off with that other guy, Justin had moped at the bar, until coaxed by Emmett onto the dance floor.  Seconds later, they were surrounded by hot, half-naked men, most of them leering at young Justin.  Still stinging from Brian’s brush-off, an angry and jealous Justin decided to have his own fun - and impulsively grabbed the cutest guy next to him and led him off the floor.

In the steamy darkness of the back room, Justin looked around for Brian, but couldn’t see him.  He almost lost his nerve then, almost told the guy with him that he’d changed his mind, but then the stranger started undoing Justin’s pants and saying, “I want you to fuck me.”  And Justin’s hormones took over.

He had the guy facing the wall and was about to rip open a condom, when someone grabbed his arm and asked, “What the hell are you doing?”

“What’s it look like?” Justin shot back.  He looked up at Brian and, with a defiant glint in his eye, tore open the packet with his teeth.  “I’m gonna fuck him.”

Brian snatched the rubber away.  “No, you’re not.  We’re leaving.”

“I’m not going anywhere,” Justin said, “until I fuck.”  He reached for the condom, but Brian held it just out of his reach.  “Come on, Brian - what the fuck?”

“Are we gonna do this, or what?” Justin’s would-be partner asked, over his shoulder.

“No, you’re not,” Brian growled.  “Now, get the hell out of here.”

“Asshole,” the guy said.  Pulling up his pants, he stormed off.

“How come it’s okay for you to fuck other guys, but I can’t?” Justin asked Brian.

“You don’t know this place like I do,” Brian replied.  “Which guys are okay, and which ones to avoid.  Not everybody is nice around here.”

“I didn’t want nice,” Justin said.  “I wanted hot and nasty.”

Brian stared at him.  He raised his eyebrow and smirked, then pushed Justin against the wall.  “You want hot and nasty?” he asked, his tone vaguely menacing.  Bending down, he ran his tongue over the smooth skin of Justin’s neck.

“Yeah,” Justin answered, breathless.  Brian He felt Brian nibble his earlobe, and he moaned.  “Brian, please…”

“I’m gonna give you just what you want,” Brian said.  He reached down to stroke the blonde’s erect cock.  “Hot…and nasty.”

Justin watched as Brian freed his own cock and slipped the condom on.  His last coherent thought before Brian thrust inside him was, He cares about me…Brian Kinney gives a shit!

“So, you and Ethan are officially kaput?” Daphne asked the next day, as she and Justin were having lunch at Liberty Diner.

“Yeah,” Justin said, moving his straw around his glass of soda.  “It was hard breaking up with him, but I had to do it.”

“I take it, then, that you and Brian are back together?”

Justin nodded; a dreamy smile crept onto his face.  “Brian refuses to call us boyfriends, but…You should have seen how jealous he got last night.”  He proceeded to relate to his friend the events of the previous evening.

“So…he gets mad if you go off with another guy, but yet, he’s allowed to fuck anything that moves?”  Daphne shook her head.  “That is so not fair.”

“I don’t mind it, too much,” Justin replied.  “I don’t have to fuck other guys.  And, someday, Brian will realize how much he loves me and needs me.  And then, he’ll stop screwing around.”

Daphne looked skeptical.  “And, when do you think that’ll be?” she asked.  “I mean, how long are you gonna wait for him to, you know, declare his love, or whatever?”

“I don’t know,” Justin admitted.  “I’ve just gotta be patient, I guess.”

Daphne reached across the table and patted Justin’s hand.  “Well, I just hope you won’t have to wait too long,” she told him gently.  She sat back and picked at her salad for a moment, before saying, “Don’t hate me for this, but I kinda feel sorry for Ethan.  I mean, he really loved you.”

“I know,” Justin replied, “and I loved him, too.  I just fell out of love with him.”  Suddenly, he found himself thinking about school, which was going to start again in a few weeks.  How would he handle seeing Ethan every day, in the halls, maybe at lunch and in some of his classes?  It was bound to be awkward.

“Don’t look now,” Daphne said, “but there’s your new sort-of boyfriend now.”

Justin turned around.  He spotted Brian, leaning against the counter, giving his order to one of the waitresses.  Grinning, Justin got up and walked over to him.  “Hi,” he said brightly, standing as close as he dared to the older boy.

“Hey,” Brian replied.  His tone was bored, careless, but Justin noticed the ghost of a smile on his full lips.

“You wanna come sit with Daphne and me?”

Brian shook his head.  “I gotta go back to the office.”  He looked over to where Daphne was sitting and nodded at her.  She waved back.

“I guess I’ll see you later, then?” Justin asked.

“Maybe,” Brian said, his attention suddenly caught by a cute guy walking in through the door.

“Oh, okay.  Well…gimme a call.”

“Mm.”  Brian’s eyes followed the guy across the room, where he joined a group at one of the booths.

With a sigh, Justin went back to his seat.  He watched as Brian got his lunch and walked out of the diner.

“You know,” Daphne said, “we haven’t hung out together in, like, forever.  You want to do something tonight?”

Justin looked back at his friend and smiled.  “Yeah, sure.  Let’s hang out, just you and me.”  Why should he wait around for Brian to make up his mind?  It would do him good to spend time with Daphne.  And, if Brian couldn’t get hold of him, well…too bad.

Brian sat at his desk, his lunch untouched in front of him.  He couldn’t seem to get his mind off of a certain blond twink - and it was driving him crazy.

Why did he constantly feel the need to be around Justin?  Why did it feel so good to see Justin smile at him, to hear that laugh, to have those arms around him?  Why did he want to fuck that boy over and over again, despite his ‘one time and they’re gone’ rule?

“Shit,” he mumbled.  He picked up his sandwich and took a bite.  He wondered if he should just break it off with Justin, once and for all.  The kid was still in high school, for crying out loud.  Plus, he seemed to have all of these stupid, romantic dreams for the future; a future that Brian could not - would not - provide.  It would be best to just stop seeing him.  Brian decided to do that.

At the end of summer.

He took another bite of his sandwich and nodded to himself.  Yes, he’d wait until summer was over, when he and Justin would both be heading back to school.  It would be easier for Justin that way.

And easier for him to put Justin and this whole business out of his mind.  Again.

Later that night, he called Justin’s house.  Mrs. Taylor told him that Justin was not at home.  Then, she asked, “Is this Brian?”

Surprised that she remembered him at all, let alone recognized his voice, Brian replied, “Yes, it is.”

She was quiet for a moment, before saying, “I’m assuming that you’re the reason he’s no longer with Ethan.  Just…God, I wanted to say this to you in person… He’s a very sensitive boy.  And he’s all I have, and I love him very much.  Do you understand?”

“Yes, ma’am,” Brian answered.  He wasn’t sure what else to say.  He couldn’t very well promise not to hurt Justin.

“Again, I wanted to tell you this face-to-face,” she said.  “But, I think it would be best if you didn’t see my son any more.  His relationship with you…it’s just not healthy, Brian!”

Brian started getting angry.  “I think it should be up to Justin whether or not he wants to see me,” he snapped.

“He’s too young to know what he wants,” Mrs. Taylor shot back.  “And, quite frankly, you’re a bad influence.  There, I said it.  You’re a bad influence on my son, Brian Kinney!”

“I’m a bad influence on everybody,” Brian said.  “Or, so I’ve been told.  Why should your son be any different?”  Quickly, he hung up the phone before she had the chance to berate him further.  “Fuckin’ parents,” he grumbled to himself.

“Who’re you talking to?” Michael asked, walking into the bedroom.

“Nobody,” Brian answered.  He grabbed his friend’s shirt and propelled him back out through the door.  “Let’s go out, Mikey.  I’m in the mood to turn some good boys bad.  Or, some bad boys even badder.”
