So yesterday I was walking down 20th street and I walked through a literal storm of poop. It was amazing. I was walking back to my office and bird feces started to rain down from the sky. hey brom your dog is mean. if it wasn't for your dog, i could bring my puppy home for t-giving. just kidding, i really like dingo.
tell brooke that i hope she feels better. it sucks to be sick, i should know because someone once said to me, "katie, you're always sick."
i got pooped on by a bird once when we lived in maryland. we were at some parade or something and the poop landed on my shoulder. that's all i remember.

that takes me way back to elementary school.
liz had this unbelievable backyard with a swingset and we would always go back there and swing... imagine that...
we also had this fun game where on the forward part of the swing pendullum, just before you were heading backwards again, you would jump off and fly through the air! it was very great.
but there was one particular day of swinging in which my timing was a bit off. a moment (or two) too late i jumped from the swing, plunging myself into the air, but the swing had already begun its backward movement (and so had i) and i ended up sliding backwards face down across liz's backyard. here's where the bird poo comes into play. as if falling out of the swing and being scraped across the ground isnt humiliating enough, i looked up and SMACK! bird poop right on my face. i think it was pretty close to my eye. that was a bad day.

We have bars on our windows, too. All of them. And I hate them. And I have many worries about being roasted. So, David bought me a crowbar to sleep with and that helps. The only thing that scares me more is the idea of waking up with a strange man in my house. (A strange man that isn't David.)

I took communion from Brooke on Sunday. I hope she feels much better soon. It stinks to be sick.

Yeah, the Houston hos get confused when they see me comin' cause it looks like Daddy's Jeep. I even play hip-hop for effect.

I should post pics. Its black with chrome trim and tinted windows, but the most pimped part is the tag. Its like 639 CSH. Texas just gave me that... I didn't have to pay (more than the regular $90)!
