I can't believe how long it has been since I last updated. Things have just been so downright depressing and low that I haven't felt much like updating...or bothering everyone with my issues and problems

You're right. It just makes sense to do it, but I was just so 'over' taking care of it. I spent years just eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted and now I'm reaping the rewards of that kind of behavior. ::sigh:: The vision thing is going to drive me completely insane. If only I could get it off my mind, but I just keep coming back to it all the time.

I'm doing better with my sugar. It's been around 90 or so the last few days, so I'm at least getting a handle on it, but it just gets to be so daunting after a while.
