Book Recs

Can anyone toss me some book reccommendations?

I just realized after I finish my current batch of books - some 2-3 books- I have nothing to read and no idea where to go. Though I suppose I could do my usual wandering through B&N to find something, I was wondering if anyone could direct me to some favorites!

Thanks all.

I just finished, and enjoyed, "How to Lose a Battle", "The 101 Most Important People Who Never Existed" (warning, leftist slant) and "How the Scots Invented the Modern World"

Hey Brian,

I just recently read Tigana by Guy Gavriel Kay and really enjoyed it. I don't know if you've already read some of his work but if you have, I'll try to think of some other books.

Wow, that looks really cool.

Haven't heard of the guy before, so thanks :) I appreciate it!
