well, the way I do it is play the video on a video player called VLC player
then I just right click > snapshot, and it takes a screencap of that moment

Ohh. Well I use Windows Media Player / Media Player Classic. :x

you can't do it with WMP but Media Classic, I think you can

when you play a video on it, try right clicking and look at the options.
oh before that, you should go to the settings and set up a folder where all the screencaps go
