Very sweet. Getty is a great place for photos of all kinds. :)

Although, I don't think just saying they're not bases alters the sterling fact that they are in fact bases.

I thought a "base" was an icon that was for altering...I didn't intend for them to be altered[but if someone really really wants to they can] so that's why I said they weren't bases.
I guess I just got the terms wrong. Heh.

You can always ask people not to edit them. That's your prerogative. A base is a 100x100 square that has been cropped but really nothing else.

Love the icons, especially 12.

And about the credit thing... using the fanfic analogy, while there are disclaimers saying that it's not their characters, I'm sure a lot of writers would object to having their fan fiction redistributed without any credit to them at all. The fic itself is their artistic property, even if the contents are not. So that's the way I see it - you cropped the icons and provided them, so I would credit you. If you asked that I credit Getty Images too, I would as well.

I see your point...and I know with the fanfics I wrote I'd like some credit for them...so I guess my own thinking is flawed, lol.
