Loss and coping

Our frilled dragon Apollo died today. I told the kids tonight and it was interesting to see how they reacted. Briar ran up to look for herself while Connor just got the sort of set look he gets sometimes, until I said: “It’s pretty sad that he died, isn’t it?” Often times my little boy seems to need someone else to open up the topic of feeling
