What I like is that it shows that the intel community was NOT wrong - but we were silenced.

I'm not quite sure how to sort it all; some parts sound very much like conjecture. However, the first third to half of the article was anticipated in Madeliene Albright's autobiography, so the basis of the article has lots of foundation in my mind.
