Also, I am deeply relieved that trouser jeans are back. I love trouser jeans. I never really stopped wearing them.

Look how cute you are! And what do you mean grungy trouser jeans? I can't seem to wrap my brain around it, but I'm probably way more likely to wear grungy trouser jeans than footless tights. I have this rule. I cannot wear outfits that I wore in junior high.

Boyfriend jeans, high-waisted jeans, and slouchy trouser jeans are great. Tapered styles are coming back, but are very hard to wear. Levis 501s are a classic, and look better than ever now. No weird washes or whiskering allowed!
Although, Kate Moss busted out some faded bell-bottoms recently, but she can pretty much do whatever she wants. Besides, the fading on the thighs hid whatever powder she dropped on herself.

You know what I want to wear again that I wore in junior high? Eastland classic camp mocs. Without socks, paired with rolled up dark 501s and a long tshirt and a huge scarf. Rad.

Only problem is, Eastland went all "modern" with it and chunked up the sole! I liked my skinny, narrow, super flat mocs from back in the early 90s. What's a throwback girl to do?
